I help career-driven moms beat burnout while overcoming anger, resentment and guilt so they can reduce family conflict, improve intimacy with their spouse and regain connection with their children.

To All the Career-Driven Moms,

Parenting is hard. Having a career is hard. Doing both at the same time (and doing both well) sometimes feels close to impossible. The overwhelming pressure, the emotional exhaustion, the guilt and self doubt and, in a lot of cases, the lack of proper support can take a serious toll. Not only on your own emotional well-being, but on your relationships with your family too.

Whether you're looking to rekindle the flame with your spouse, regain connection with your kids OR if you're terrified that the time you spend focusing on your career will eventually create a significant distance between you and them, you're in the right place.

I have a proven solution that has worked for tons of moms to help them save those relationships without sacrificing themselves or their careers all packaged up into one 12 week program.

What do you want YOUR most important relationships with family to look like in three months?

Be part of an amazing community of women who are changing their lives by changing their relationships at home.

Beat Burnout. Overcome Resentment and Guilt. Improve Intimacy and Connection. All Without Sacrificing Yourself Or Your Career.

Is This You?

  • You're burned out from trying to be everything to everybody all the time but still don't feel like you're doing enough

  • You struggle with guilt for not being able to spend enough quality time with your kids

  • You constantly feel angry at your spouse for not helping enough or not taking initiative to start daily tasks at home – as a result, there is a lot of conflict and arguing

  • You feel resentful because, as much as you try to explain it to him or her, nothing ever changes (and if it does, the change is only temporary)

  • You feel disconnected or distant from your family due to time constraints

  • You feel isolated or unsupported in managing family and career responsibilities

  • You have a hard time setting boundaries between work and family life

  • You struggle with feelings of inadequacy or not being a “good enough” parent, especially when you start comparing yourself to others who seem to do it all so easily

  • You worry about how focusing on your family will negatively affect your career growth and future promotions

  • You're constantly tired and irritable, and you take those feelings out on those closest to you

Imagine this instead!

  • Separating work from home so you can be truly present and enjoy the time with your family

  • Feeling connected and emotionally supported by your spouse

  • Confidently powering forward in your career knowing that your relationships at home will be secure

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries at work and home without worrying about how the other person will react or respond

  • Feeling secure in your parenting abilities and embracing imperfections while letting go of unrealistic expectations

  • Having a supportive network of friends, family and community resources to comfortably lean on so life doesn't become too overwhelming or isolating

  • Feeling mentally and physically healthy because you actually take time to take care of yourself

  • Putting an end to comparisons and judgments by other people and focusing on the things that matter most to you

  • Ending the anger and resentment toward your spouse while shifting your perspective and expectations

  • Focusing on things you have control of while letting go of the things you don't

I get it. It seems like a fantasy. Well, fellow momma, I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be. YOU actually get to decide the way you live and experience your own life and I can show you how.

As a career-driven mom myself,

I know the challenges we face. More often than not we think, “I have to choose between being awesome in my career and being a good parent,” when really we can absolutely do both with the right strategies and support. Success in one area actually compliments the other.

We also often think that our own situations are different than everybody else's – “nobody can understand or help.” Well I'm here to tell you that although our situations are in fact unique, they all share certain core struggles - with the help of an experienced professional, you can learn how to overcome them. And while you may have unsuccessfully tried other things in the past, new approaches can have different outcomes. It's all about finding the person and approach that's the right fit for you.

When one thing shifts, it affects and promotes change all around it. You have the power to positively change your relationships. You have the power to adjust your mindset. YOU have the power to change your life.

Meet your trusted expert

Hi, I'm Christi Gmyr. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and a Coach for Moms.

As a mom of two young kids with the drive to keep pushing forward in my career, I have personally experienced and know first-hand the difficulties we face. I am hooked on helping other moms live their lives free of burnout, resentment and guilt while confidently powering forward in their careers without sacrificing their relationships at home.

I have worked in Community Mental Health in both therapist and management roles throughout many different programs and currently have my own successful private practice. The last eight years I continued to do it all after having kids. Every single one of those positions has had struggles along with varying degrees of support. Some things were in my control and some weren't. But I've realized that despite all those things, I ultimately get to decide how I want to live my life, what things are most important to me, and how I'm going to allow those things to affect my relationships and my personal well-being.

And you can too.
